Turquoise Luxe Real Estate

Turquoise Luxe was founded about a year and a half ago by me, Vesela Genova. The idea for the agency came from my own personal experience here in the Dominican Republic. When I was searching for and renting a property for myself, I realized how challenging it can be for a foreigner to navigate the local real estate market. Information is often fragmented, the rules are different from those many people are used to in Europe or other parts of the world, and behind what appears to be a good offer at first glance there can be many details that are not immediately visible.

It was exactly this personal experience that inspired me to create Turquoise Luxe. The goal was to build a place that helps people go through the process of choosing and purchasing a property in a calmer, more informed, and secure way. Instead of clients trying to understand the market on their own, our role is to gather the necessary information, organize it, and present it clearly.

Although the company itself has existed for a relatively short time, the people behind it have many years of experience in real estate and construction. This experience helps us look at every property not simply as something to sell, but as a real investment that should make sense for the client. That is why we carefully select the projects we work with and aim to show our clients the true picture of the market.

Our work begins from the very first conversation. For some people, the goal is to find a vacation home; for others, it is an investment with income potential; and for some, it is an opportunity to spend more time in a place like the Dominican Republic. In each of these cases, our role is to help clients understand what the opportunities are, what the risks may be, and what they can realistically expect from a purchase.

In addition to assisting with the selection of a property, we also support clients throughout the purchasing process. This includes coordinating with lawyers, verifying documentation, preparing contracts, and overseeing the administrative steps until the final registration of ownership. For clients who are not located in the country, we also make it possible for the process to be organized remotely by providing up-to-date information and maintaining constant communication.

After the purchase, many owners choose to use their property as an investment as well. For this reason, we also offer property management services. This includes assistance with rentals, communication with guests or tenants, organizing cleaning and maintenance, and overseeing the condition of the property when the owner is not in the Dominican Republic. In this way, the property can be used not only as a place for holidays, but also as an asset that generates income.
